What equipment do you use?

We use industry-standard 4K cinema cameras, professional drone technology, and studio-grade microphones to ensure your content looks and sounds high-end. However, we believe the best tool is the human eye behind the lens—equipment is just how we bring our artistic vision to life.

How long does it take to get my files?

Our standard turnaround time is 4–6 weeks for full event edits in addition to 2–4 weeks for photography galleries. For podcasts, we typically deliver within 72 hours of the recording. If you need it sooner, we offer a "Rush Delivery" add-on.

Can I add drone footage to any package?

Absolutely. While drone coverage is included in our Gold and Platinum tiers, it can be added to any service for a flat fee. Please note that aerial flights are subject to NYC weather and FAA flight zone regulations.

What is the "Full Length Video Edit"?

Unlike a short highlight reel, the full-length edit is a documentary-style film—usually 20 to 45 minutes—that captures the "key moments" of your event in their entirety, such as speeches, ceremonies, or performances.

Do you deliver physical copies?

Yes. In an era where digital files can be easily lost, we can provide a Personalized USB delivered directly to your home for all of our major event packages. You will also receive a private online gallery for easy sharing with friends and family.

How do we book T44 for our date?

We require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Because we are a family-run team, we only take a limited number of clients per month to ensure every project gets our full, personal attention.
