1. Services Offered

We provide professional photography and videography services for events and businesses. Details of your service (e.g., hours of coverage, final deliverables) will be outlined in your individual contract.

2. Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event unless other arrangement are discussed. Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal and Zelle. Other methods of payments can be arranged prior to the day of the event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, the full fee may still apply. If we are unable to perform due to an emergency, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement coverage, if available.

4. Use of Photos and Videos

We reserve the right to use photos and videos for our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing. You are welcome to use your photos and videos for personal use only, but you may not resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Delivery Timeline

Edited photos and/or videos will be delivered within 4 -6 weeks from your event date via a secure download link or other agreed method.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to capture and deliver your content, we are not liable for unforeseen events (weather, equipment failure, etc.) that may affect service. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your information will only be used to provide our services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services or website after changes are made means you accept the new terms.
